Our Vision and Values

We aim for people all over the world to lead healthy, enjoyable, and fulfilling lives. To this end, we disseminate information about "food" from various perspectives—including food nutrition, safety knowledge, cooking methods, ways of eating, food culture, agriculture, and distribution systems—to a global audience. We also aim to support the development of international human resources related to food education, train international food education leaders, and contribute to the promotion of international food education exchange.
