Our History

2007: Began formulating the concept to master, spread, and promote the philosophy of Shokuiku (food education).

November 22, 2013: Started the application process to become a registered NPO (Non-Profit Organization).

February 14, 2014: Received approval for the establishment of the NPO.

May 31, 2014: Launched the official website. Currently, with bases in Morioka City, Fukuoka City, Kagoshima City, and Shanghai City, we are working to promote the principles of Japanese food education and to help pass on the food cultures of countries around the world.
